Primary Function of Position
Intuitive is seeking a marketing leader to take on a newly developed role of Senior Group Manager, Corporate Clinical Marketing - Mature Procedures. In this role, you will serve as a player-coach. You will be directly responsible for developing, leading and implementing corporate marketing strategies and programs to maintain and grow global adoption for gynecology and urology procedures. In addition, you will lead a team responsible for other procedure areas where robotic-assisted surgery is established.
This is a cross-functional role within the organization, supporting commercial marketing within regions and strategic activities with corporate partners to enable optimal approaches to promote the value of Intuitive's portfolio of products to surgeons globally. This role serves as a connector between global clinical marketing teams, internal corporate teams, and the key customers we serve. You will work to set global marketing standards to support clinical marketing strategy, planning and execution as well as create globally-scalable resources that link clinical value of robotic-assisted surgery with Intuitive's enabling technologies.
The individual will be expected to establish strong relationships with external stakeholders (e.g. key opinion leaders, global surgical societies), as well as with internal Intuitive stakeholders including other marketing departments; surgical applications engineering; product management; sales; training; clinical affairs; legal; regulatory; commercial learning; customer learning and education; and global access, value and economics. The individual will be expected to utilize clinical acumen in a fast-paced environment while leading marketing strategy supported by programs and content creation.
