Senior Manager, Channel Content & Communications

Job Description

Reporting to the Sr Director of Channel Marketing, this role will be responsible for managing a variety of creative and strategic projects within the organization across all regions, including international teams. The Sr. Manager of Channel Marketing (Content and Communications) will manage all channel related content and communications needs to streamline the intake process and deliver timely output of materials. This role will be able to manage a team of content experts and project manage requirements and projects to find efficiencies as the team grows in support of a top-10 SaaS company and its portfolio of market leading brands, including GoToMeeting, LastPass, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a team to support increasing volume of content requests across global partner channel

  • Create streamlined intake and production process to complete multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to agreed SLAs

  • Manage multiple creative projects of varying sizes/scale from strategy through concepting and execution

  • Manage and curate online content on Partner Portal and external facing .com properties

  • Act as day to day contact for multiple request sources for projects including executive leadership team, sales, product marketing and partner community

  • Ability to re-package existing assets/campaigns and programs for partner consumption

  • Maintain channel content library for all channel collateral including partner testimonials, case studies, segment/vertical assets, and social content

  • Manage content and creative needs for channel and partner events

  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risk/impact and escalate/communicate appropriately and set clear expectations

  • Work with Sr Director and other team members to find operational efficiencies and improve process

  • Manage all project communication and documentation, create RACI charts, project plans, resource plans, etc. as needed

  • Review all project deliverables for accuracy and quality

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of relevant project management experience in all sizes of campaign projects from concept to delivery

  • Team building and management experience

  • Creative agency experience desired

  • Proficiency with workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike)

  • Proficiency with creative suite and graphics design tools

  • Effective negotiation and conflict management skills

  • Self-motivated, assertive, proactive and entrepreneurial

  • Ability to multitask and delegate effectively

  • Ability to be flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong problem-solving skills
