Best Buy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead high performing teams of Product Managers serving Automation Technologies. The Process Automation team is an integral part of the quickly growing Best Buy Automation program which has aggressive goals of transforming the way we work by reducing manual processes across the enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new and growing team in a highly strategic, highly visible area.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will partner with key internal teams, engage in customer research, execute data-driven prioritization to design, build, and launch initiatives driving supporting both customer needs and business objectives and key results. As a champion of your strategy and customers, you will champion your strategy and obtain buy-in from key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership. If you are analytical, detail and results oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic, you are an ideal candidate for this role.

You must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work cross-functionally to drive them to completion and measure outcomes. You will demonstrate keen skills working across departments to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and user experience designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft vision for complex or multiple product(s) independently
• Participate in crafting long-term vision with guidance
• Mastery in translating business needs into customer goals and features
• Mastery in both crafting strategy and overall execution for a product or multiple products
• Deliver against core customer value propositions and Best Buy's strategic and financial goals
• Demonstrate empathy for the customer, and steer discussions to how to build customer trust
• Highlight system constraints (resource, financial, technology) to leadership that prevent creation of long-term customer engagement and brand love
• Demonstrate the test / learn / iterate mindset
• Lead teams to innovate and transform by embracing new ways of working
• Demonstrate an innovative mindset and find ways to push through adversity
• Analyze product performance through qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and processes

• 2 or more years of Product Management experience, or same level of experience working with development, User experience, Strategy, etc.
• 1 or more years experience with direct people management and team management
• 1 or more year of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc.
• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience

• 6 or more years of Product Management experience, OR experience working with development, User experience, Strategy, etc.
• 2 or more years experience with direct people management and team management
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related business discipline
