Job Description:

Position Overview

The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for establishing and implementing the companys SaaS product marketing processes. Specifically, the Product Marketing Manager will develop each products marketing mix and help various marketers across the business execute the plan. Significant emphasis will be on demand generation techniques like email, PPC and social media, and sales lead support activities. Quarterly reviews will be conducted with each products stakeholders to measure effectiveness against goals using detailed metrics. The successful candidate must have a professional background in bringing digital products into the marketplace while successfully managing multiple concurrent projects and client relationships in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Knowledge of settlement administration industry is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for sales and marketing teams

  • Work closely with product management and development teams to determine the most profitable course of marketing for each existing and new product

  • Lead the marketing teams in generating strong momentum ahead of new product launches

  • Create training materials and training programs for the sales teams

  • Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high quality leads

  • Set up and implement the product marketing processes of the company for SaaS applications

  • Market intelligence be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria. Understand the competitive landscape be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned

  • Understand and document our buyers process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on the learnings

  • Develop a marketing plan for our products, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers

  • Work with marketing stakeholders for all products. Create the marketing plan, including managing the companys website, social media, writing marketing materials, events, meetups, ad spend, SEO, PRs, partnerships, etc.

Required Qualifications & Characteristics

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (Master's degree preferred)

  • 5+ years' product marketing experience

  • At least 3 years of related product or solutions marketing experience in an enterprise software company

  • Proven history of creating effective marketing programs

  • Excellent time management and project prioritization skills

  • Large-scale event management experience a plus

  • Expertise with marketing sophisticated, SaaS-based (on-premise and on the cloud) B2B applications

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and strong analytical skills

  • Technically knowledgeable in the cloud, machine learning, and software domains

  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM /marketing automation tools such as salesforce, HubSpot, and Pardot

  • Power-user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is or isnt working

  • Ability to work independently
