As a Sr. Relationship Manager, you will be the main partner for the successful delivery of StandOut technology, coaching, and consulting. You will lead a portfolio of clients by fostering relationships, driving user adoption, developing strategic outcomes, and retaining and growing clients. You care about your clients and are attentive to their needs, always searching for new ways to make their experience the best it can be. We are seeking people that have:

  • Managing the work from solution design and development to implementation and ongoing support
  • Successfully managing multiple concurrent clients and implementation projects
  • Building and fostering strategic relationships
  • Aligning and evolving strategic objectives
  • Consulting with clients to drive adoption and usage of StandOut to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the voice of the client is heard and seen
  • Presenting, facilitating and leading conversations
  • Understanding, analyzing and interpreting data to tell a story
  • Retaining and growing the portfolio


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in experience and education
  • 5-7 years managing and consulting on strategic client accounts
  • Demonstrated skills in collaboration, analytics, presentation, and client management
  • Cross functional project management experience
  • Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills including the ability to facilitate large group meetings and host webinars
  • Experience with SaaS implementations/delivery preferred
  • Minimal travel required
