Senior Reliability Engineer

Lexington, MA

About the role:

Join Takeda as a Senior Reliability Engineer where you will improve the reliability of equipment, utilities, essential systems and maintenance processes by applying principles of Reliability Centered Maintenance. You will also lead reliability-motivated actions that require independent or collaborative assessment to support capital projects. As part of the Reliability Engineering team, you will report to the Head of the department and work with several groups within the facility.

How you will contribute:

  • You will develop the maintenance strategy plans for process and utility equipment
  • You will provide data analysis of corrective work orders in CMMS and Quality Event Metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • You will lead Reliability centered maintenance improvement (RCM) or other projects in multiple areas
  • You will lead the implementation of predictive maintenance practices across the facility

What you bring to Takeda:
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5 or more years of relevant experience
  • Manage teams and multiple small to medium projects
  • Knowledge of CMMS and engineering and business best practices
  • Understanding of RCM and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
  • Understanding of process improvement and reliability engineering principles, methodologies and tools
  • Support Lexington, Alewife, and North Reading locations in MA
  • Experience with MS office
