Job Description

LogMeIns growing Salesforce implementation consists of approximately 2000 users spanning sales, care, marketing, finance, product and development. This diverse set of users rely on the Business Applications team to support and implement all the various functions within Salesforce. The Business Applications team is also responsible for other technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem including CPQ, Insidesales.com, Docusign, Conga, Distribution Engine and D&B.

The Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst will report to the Manager of Salesforce Business Systems Analysis in supporting LogMeIns business partners by designing and building optimal technology solutions via the Salesforce.com ecosystem. The individual will work collaboratively with internal customers to solve problems, simplify systems, and create operational efficiencies to improve LogMeIn employee productivity and customer experience. The main objective is to support the growth of the company through tailored tools and processes while contributing to and benefiting from global best practices and standardization.


  • Work closely with business leadership to respond to, and proactively identify, challenges that can be solved with system and/or process improvements.
  • Lead the discovery, delivery and communication of system changes to the business.
  • Where appropriate, make declarative enhancements to Salesforce.com in support of identified system and/or process improvements.
  • Educate and evangelize CRM best practices to internal constituents to ensure solutions delivered are best of breed for LogMeIns business model and culture.
  • Work closely and effectively with the existing Business Applications team to maintain consistent process and documentation around design, development & deployment.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and SFDC development, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Responsible for preparation of test cases and execution of QA/UAT testing for new SFDC functionality.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and perform adequate knowledge transfer to the support, administration and learning and development teams to ensure effective change management and adoption.


  • 3-5 years of Salesforce.com experience, preferably with strong knowledge of Sales & Service Cloud, Lightning Experience and Configure Price Quote (CPQ).
  • Proven experience with Salesforce.com configuration (Workflow, Process Builder, Assignment Rules, Reporting, etc.).
  • Experience with 3rd party integrations and data management.
  • Strong strategic thinker and problem solver.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and transformative deliverables.
  • Experience with Agile or Kanban methodologies a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Smart, thorough, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
