An Administrative Support professional is crucial to the office's daily functions. Excelling in this position would require fast learning, a strong ability to problem solve in different circumstances and a keen tracking of improving current processes.


  • Calculate sales commissions for sales representatives from sales and job cost reports.

  • Assist with sales calls, emails and sales reps requests.

  • Call or send customers Welcome emails daily.

  • Investigate customer accounts and fire Marshall jurisdiction information when accounts are delinquent in AR.

  • Audit Sales reports to verify jobs are installed, billed and recur is set up.

  • M-files work with employees when documents need to be approved by Vectors legal team.

  • Update insurance certificates with our Insurance company yearly. Set up any new insurance certificate that is needed.

  • Handle all special billing accounts when a third party billing system is used.

  • Maintain and update UL certificates monthly.

  • Assist employees with remote access, Mastermind questions and various issues with accounts daily.

  • Any other administrative duties as assigned.


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office , Excel and Power Point

  • Able to multi-task and very detail oriented

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
