**Job Description:**



This role is part of the Program Oversight and Controls team in Global Procurement. The Program Oversight and Controls team is responsible to maintain an effective Third Party Risk Management Program that continues to evolve to support emerging risks, regulatory requirements and the companys focus on efficiency and process simplification. The role requires skills necessary to coordinate, influence and collaborate with internal Global Procurement teammates, and external stakeholders such as Front Line Unit/Control Function partners, Compliance and Operational Risk partners, and Corporate Audit.



**The teammate in this role is responsible for:**



+ Ensures adherence to applicable Company's procurement and risk management standards, policies and procedures

+ Build strong relationships with applicable Global Procurement functions and support/business partners

+ Staying informed of internal and external factors and industry trends affecting Third Party Risk Management

+ Remains aware of the impact of this governance and control role across functions and lines of business

+ Analyzes complex information and presents meaningful, summary information across all audiences

+ Ensures adherence to appropriate policies and procedures



Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate should gain exposure and acumen in the Bank of America Third Party Program, and develop or improve the following skills: risk identification and mitigation; regulatory and legal requirements for third party relationships; process design/ implementation/improvement; influencing and building relationships; and, written and verbal communications across various levels of leadership.



**Required Skills:**



+ BS/BA degree required (or equivalent work experience)

+ Experience in Third Party management, Procurement, or related discipline, including familiarity with systems and tools

+ Strong project management experience

+ Strong attention to detail & strategic thinking

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor message to audience

+ Ability to positively interact with leadership

+ Independently driven, high bias for action

+ Ability to think critically and apply a risk management mindset to data analytics



**Desired Experience:**



+ Ability to navigate in a highly complex organization and operate effectively in changing environment
