Responsible for providing support in selling of Resideo products and/or services to existing customers and in identifying new selling opportunities to existing customers. You will complete administrative work associated with the sales process. You will utilize business knowledge to assess customer needs and enhance the customer buying experience. You will identify and escalate opportunities for process improvement. You will provide support to cross-functional teams.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Deliver superior customer service by recommending products and services to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Call and email prospective customers to uncover needs, offer appropriate solutions, negotiate price and close opportunities.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships at multiple levels to position Resideo as a strategic partner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to increase professional growth and job effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, ability to overcome obstacles, and strive to improve skills and achieve goals.
  • Work effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.

    YOU MUST HAVE
    High School Diploma, or equivalent

  • 1-3 years of sales experience (retail, customer sales)

    Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
