Your Mission

The Sr. Manager DE&I People Engagement is responsible for crafting and consistently driving the roadmap for successful employee engagement around our values, company goals and making every employee feel like they belong. Striving for shared cultural cohesiveness, increased employee trust and pride, increased employee efficiency, strengthened employer brand and bringing the fun back to the way we work daily.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Discovery Phase - Conduct a comprehensive analysis of who, where and what our people do in each location to gain a clear understanding of the outstanding culture and secret sauce of each location and region
  • Craft a comprehensive one-year engagement roadmap in support of our People Goals to Attract, Retain, Engage and Develop our employees
  • Drive yearly regional/location-based Pulse Surveys
  • Build flywheel of feedback on survey results and key metrics to drive continuous improvement against our engagement goals
  • Partner with Internal Communications to build global and regional campaigns to engage employees around development opportunities, employee Benefits/wellbeing, company achievements, BU specific values and company improvements through local/regionally relevant content - ensuring regular and consistent communication and reinforcement of campaigns
  • Stand up a People Manager Program - Goal: We have an opportunity to provide managers with an employee experience that will empower, develop, and reward them for contributing to a foundation of trust between our employees and leadership.
  • Implement a clear process to regularly cascade information, especially through times of change and crisis
  • Increase trust and efficiency between leadership and employees through timely and regular updates and information sharing
  • Build morale and empower managers to lead their teams most optimally
  • Provide managers with significant content for their direct reports
  • CEO Engagement Program - Goal: Increase CEO presence, likeability, and connection with employees. This can be done through customized high touch communication and outreach, to studios/offices on behalf of the CEO. Outreach will include fun ways to show recognition and appreciation of and for achievement celebrations, team wins, studio anniversaries, team accomplishments and general acts of recognition for hard work
  • Ongoing partnership and alignment with Culture Leads to ensure consistent and aligned communication and reinforcement of culture and engagement strategies
  • Ongoing partnerships with HRBP's to gain in depth insights into on-site operations, happenings, schedules, and landmarks for locations and regions
  • participation and completion of trainings for prizes and discretionary bonuses
  • Partner with Event teams globally to rethink the way we initiate and share programming in local markets, providing exciting and culturally relevant content that resonates with employees

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10 - 12 years professional experience in corporate Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) educational programming
  • Knowledge of DE&I training and development resources
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to executives and gaining alignment among multiple stakeholders on enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Strong project/program management, with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex and global programs, including project design and implementation, stakeholder management, and budget management
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and presenting results to senior leadership
  • Consistent track record of using data to measure learning effectiveness, identify insights, and make updates/improvements.
  • Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced work environment while completing multiple priorities
  • A bias toward action and creative problem solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's (preferred) in related subject area, or relevant certifications
