We are FedCash Services, part of the Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) delivering a payment service suite to financial services. Our payment service suite also includes FedLine Solutions, Fedwire, National Settlement Service (NSS), FedACH, and Check Services. We are currently leading a strategic effort to transform FRFS to a national, enterprise-focused organization. Through our evolved structure, we will meet the needs of the marketplace for new products and services more quickly, and we will seek to provide a more robust and unified customer experience across our financial service offerings.

Our organization is looking for a knowledgeable individual with project management and analytical experience on the FedCash Strategy and Governance team. You will work closely with our senior executives who provide strategic direction and operational support for U.S. currency services. . This role will develop highly clear deliverables to the Federal Reserve Financial Services and cash team members. Our mission is to supply currency and coin to meet both domestic and international demand, maintain the quality and integrity of currency in circulation, and ensure depository institutions have ready access to Cash Services.

As a Federal Reserve System National Business Line, it is standard practice to post FRFS positions in all twelve Federal Reserve Banks to provide clarity and equal opportunities for all employees to apply. Highlights of Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver reporting for highly visible cash initiatives to partners, including executive cash leaders and Federal Reserve Financial Services executive leadership.

  • Partner with cross-functional members to coordinate briefings for the FedCash Services senior leadership team ahead of annual year-end calls with all 12 Reserve Bank executive leadership and senior cash leadership.

  • Lead vital activities to ensure highly noticeable cash initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities.

  • Develop briefings that summarize meeting documentation for the Chief of FedCash Services and identify issues and decisions related to the cash business operations.


  • 5+ years experience in governance, communications, and/or project management

  • Knowledgeable in oral and written communication with ability to tailor communications to different audience levels

  • Efficient communication abilities to work well with people at all levels of the organization

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Bachelors degree preferred
