In this amazing role, you will ensure we meet and exceed our customer expectations, through planning, controlling and managing a variety of customer projects. You will manage corporate, customer and third party vendor efforts to make sure we are implementing effective solutions to customer problems. You will manage the project scope, schedule, and cost structure and project reporting including P&L and financial forecasts.     How youll make your mark:

    • Develop and execute got-to-market initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention in partnership with Scality and HPE regional/country Category Management, Marketing and Sales, HPE Storage Product Management, measuring outcomes and course-correcting when necessary
    • Define key sales plays, and track and measure success on a quarterly basis
    • Responsible for channel strategy, results, analytics and metrics
    • Working through broader HPE organizations, create and execute demand generation campaigns
    • Plan and manage MDF spend and track ROI working with regional/country Category Management and Scality
    • Able to present, propose and position Scality products within HPEs ecosystem to the HPE Sales community. Requires professional interaction with multiple HPE internal teams, external partners, customers, and industry experts.
    • Assist Product Management in launching new products into HPE WW
    • Drive solution and product marketing activities (eg. Crisp value propositions) to ensure competitiveness, and increase internal and external awareness of HPE/Scality products by providing solid training and contribute to the creation of targeted collateral materials
    • Participate directly in regional/country interlocks generating awareness and interest in the combined HPE/Scality product portfolio
    • Deliver sales trainings, attend and present at Sales staff and leadership meetings

    About you:

    • Sound knowledge of NAS/file and object storage
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (physical, verbal, written)
    • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines, both within and outside the company
    • Ability to function at a high executive level, grasping details quickly and being hands on in the area of execution
    • A thorough understanding of complex, worldwide sales organizational structures; able to navigate and deliver results in a matrix-managed environment
    • Analytical, project and budget management skills
    • BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred with 10 years of professional experience in Technology, Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred
    • Demonstrated experience and impact in both the creative aspects of the job and in executing at the scale and complexity demanded at Hewlett Packard Enterprise
    • A track record of building strong customer and channel relationships
