Job Title: Sr. Producer, Live Ops Analytics (Contrac)

Reporting To: Vice President, Live Ops Analytics

Department: Global Analytics

Location: Santa Monica

Your Mission is:

The Live Ops Analytics Team is adding a talented Sr. Producer. As a member of Live Ops Analytics, your mission is to put science into decision making. Year one responsibilities include:

  • Being an engaged visionary of "macro" level project management, driving POD initiatives and deliverables
  • Maximize the impact of the cross-functional 'pod' team running the live ops lifecycle for our games
  • Support pod initiative leader with resourcing, coordination, follow through and prioritization
  • Establishing a process to identify, track, deliver and communicate tasks through agile ceremonies
  • Escalate project risks with cost/ benefit assessments and recommendations in a timely manner
  • Foster project/initiative transparency, ownership and accountability
  • Building trust with the studio and publishing team to act as a conduit of knowledge
  • Ensure analytical research and analysis is catalogued in a timely manner for all teams to access
  • Deliver presentations on analytic topics and results to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Create repositories and ensure up to date documentation to support ongoing projects

As a high performer:

You must possess a unique blend of project skills and business savvy; a passion for exceptional execution within a dynamic environment and the flexibility and focus to achieve results

  • 6+ years of project management experience in gaming, technology, digital or other technical teams
  • Undergraduate degree
  • PMP / PMI certification or similar
  • Prior experience with full game lifecycle a plus (Alpha to Release)
  • Experience in Kanban, SCRUM and/or traditional waterfall methodologies
  • JIRA & Confluence or other project management tracking tool experience
  • Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external groups
  • Enthusiastic and positive with the ability to succeed in a dynamic highly cross-functional environment
  • Have a passion to better understand our players, their needs and what will make a truly great community
