**Job Description:**

The User Experience Designer (UXD) will create satisfying and compelling experiences across the Banks Global Information Security product portfolio. This position calls for a thoughtful designer with a passion for simplifying the complex.



In this role, you will:



+ Create, implement, manage, and evangelize user-centered design principles, standards and best practices across user experiences;

+ Iterate, problem solve and collaborate on design solutions that meet business and user needs for intuitive, frictionless experiences that reduce risk and thus improve security;

+ Create experience maps, sketches, wireframes and prototypes (all fidelities) that communicate user experiences and design best practices;

+ Build partnerships with cross-functional enterprise teams who support the Banks information security policies and/or procedures;

+ Lead and participate in design meetings, critiques and provide feedback to design team;

+ Contribute to product strategy and process working with other designers and technology partners to plan and design new features;

+ Own the overall quality of what being delivered;

+ Use your design acumen to ensure that UX designs are well-rationalized, documented and that styles express our brand but are optimized for context and the technical platform that meet our ADA guidelines;



Required Skills



+ Bachelors degree and 5+ years of demonstrated experience designing solutions for complex domains

+ A strong portfolio that shows a commitment to user-centered design

+ Broad knowledge of experience research and design principles, methods, with experience in all aspects of the design process

+ Adept storyteller, with ability to present and communicate design decisions effectively across all levels of an organization

+ Excellent analytical and conceptual thinker who translates user needs, business objectives and technology capabilities into innovative designs

+ Highly collaborative and adaptable, with strong ability to build consensus and cooperation as well as to influence, interact and negotiate across cross-disciplinary teams.

+ Ability to seek smart design solutions at scale that consider re-usability and variability

+ Enthusiastic, highly motivated, proactive self-starter

+ Experience building assets for design systems/libraries for cross-team re-use

+ Experience with Axure, Adobe Creative Suite and other design and management tools

+ Excellent understanding of current trends in enterprise research and design



Desired Skills



+ Masters degree in design or related discipline

+ Experience navigating and working effectively across a complex, geographically dispersed organization

+ Financial or similar industry experience

+ Experience in applying user experience design in the security space

+ Lean XD, Design Sprints, Agile experience
