Sunbelt Rentals is looking for a dynamic Market Sales Manager with a passion for driving growth and building strong customer partnerships-especially within Western Canada's Film and Television production sector. What You'll Do
As a Market Sales Manager, you will:
Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team with both strategic and tactical guidance.
Drive market growth by identifying opportunities, responding to evolving industry needs, and developing high‑value customer relationships-particularly within Western Canada's rapidly expanding Film & TV production market.
Own and manage your territory including revenue growth, client engagement, and full-cycle sales activity from prospecting to close.
Build deep knowledge of customer workflows and provide solutions that support tight production timelines and on‑set equipment needs.
What Prepares You for Success
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
4+ years of proven sales success, ideally within equipment rental, industrial services, or Film/TV production support
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
What You Bring
Strong understanding of construction phases, equipment applications, and operational requirements (experience supporting Film & TV set operations is a strong asset)
Consultative selling approach and the ability to adapt solutions to fast‑moving production environments
Strategic thinking paired with hands‑on leadership

Base Pay Range 90,000.00 - 164,646.90 Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.
