Assists Museum Shop management in assigned store operations (e.g. opens/closes the store on assigned days; reconciles cash; conducts inventory; resolves customer complaints; enforces rules & regulations); operates POS system & provides customer service; receives merchandise; displays product; maintains mailing lists, email lists & sales records; creates emails & product descriptions for e-Commerce site; creates store signage; generates POS reports;maintains social media profile for Museum Shop (Shopify, Facebook, Pinterest, newsletters, etc.); other duties as assigned.
