This position builds upon the vision to establish a scalable and efficient, partner-led go-to-market business model to accelerate Compliance Solutions growth prospects and drive partner leverage throughout the customer journey. This role will work with leadership to develop and manage processes and systems across a matrix organization that spans product and technology, PMO, sales and alliances, implementation, finance, marketing, strategy, and general managers to align and scale the partner business.


This role will be responsible for operationalizing the strategy via designing and implementing key operation and technology programs.  As a key player within an internal partner organization, this role will focus on operationalizing key governance processes & driving objective business performance measurement and will require strong process and program development, change management, and analytical and financial skills to drive consensus in a highly matrixed environment. In addition, this highly visible role will engage with a variety of stakeholders across different pillars in partner organizations – sales, product, strategy, and executives; ability to articulate and protect ADP’s interests will be vital.

What you’ll do: Responsibilities

Program and Processes


  • Participate in the development, evaluation, and refinement of operations based on evaluation of market trends, competitive positioning, partner dynamics, and financial growth aspirations
  • Delivering processes to create long term, multiyear roadmaps with the ability to take inputs on strategy and road maps and drive execution and measurement
  • Drive process across different execution pillars that span product and technology, implementation, sales and alliances, marketing, finance, strategy and PMO
  • Provide objective input and structure to drive consensus and manage conflict to align leaders with deep beliefs and often different agendas


Execution and Change Management

  • Participate and support overall change management for a large scale, multi-year, multi-disciplinary commercial transformation program
  • Implement roles and responsibilities, standard operating procedures, and measurement criteria for internal as well as partner/client-facing support needs
  • Apply best practices to implement and enable governance processes and performance measurement frameworks for partner program execution as well as ongoing channel operations
  • Manage and administer program processes that align, coordinate and orchestrate partner value delivery across different pillars in the partner organization.  Key processes will include:
    • Partner on-boarding and administration
    • Qualify and process all new requests for registration
    • Orchestration of enablement and training across pillars
    • Design and orchestrate handoffs between and across pillars in the partner organization


Relationship Management


  • Enable field, product and technology, and other stakeholders in developing and fostering relationships with key channel partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure execution and alignment in the field, and resolve any conflicts in an objective and expedited fashion
  • Work with a cross-functional and highly-matrixed team for partner life cycle management – i.e. business case, partner approval and incubation, partner success, business plan, and partner performance evaluation
  • Contribute to partner prioritization and management across & within ecosystems
  • Drive governance process for joint business planning



  • Capable of managing multiple initiatives and competing priorities
  • Strong operations, analytic and relationship-building skills
  • Able to demonstrate intelligence, strategic sense, and personal strength by articulating a merit-based, objective and convincing point of view
  • Drive a culture of objectivity rooted in data and facts throughout partner operations
  • Bring structure to, solution for, and drive execution discipline for unstructured and ambiguous problems



  • At least 8 years’ experience in a Program development role, with strong technology and delivery orientation, partner experience a plus!
  • Ability to blend product, technology and business strategy to develop vision and strategy for partner success
  • Experience working closely with partner operations, partner management, sales, clients, development teams and other partners
  • Strong partner and client relationship building skills
  • Understanding of ERP market and system integrator eco-system a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
  • A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:
  • Experience noted above, OR
  • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
