The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is seeking a Sophomore, Junior or Senior level college student for a summer internship in the Bank's Research department. Students majoring in Economics, Urban Studies, Geography, History or Computer Science will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities :

The deliverable is the creation of a database of county-level vehicle registration data in the early 20th century. The historical material has been mostly collected and needs to be transformed into usable data using image processing and OCR software. Your task will be to perform data capture and clean and assemble the processed data into a complete data product, carefully documenting decisions along the way.
