We have several entry-level positions in our Supervision + Credit group. Depending on the team, you will work on examinations or within our risk functions, research and analysis, quality assurance, business operations, or Credit Risk Management. Youll have the opportunity to hone your analysis skills to review financial information, assesses compliance with laws and regulations, assesses risk management systems, and/or our business management processes. Youll receive on-the-job training, online learning units, self-study, and in-person classroom instruction.


  • Develops knowledge and understanding of banking industry, supervision and regulation framework and processes as it relates to the teams work

  • Sources, organizes, and aggregates data to conduct analyses as directed by senior staff and/or team lead.

  • Participates in team projects/programs

  • Provides general support of processes and documentation.

  • May participate and provide support to examination teams overseeing supervised entities, including state member banks, foreign banking organizations, bank and non-bank subsidiaries, trust departments, and service providers, as well as inspecting financial, bank and savings and loan holding companies.


  • This position requires access to confidential supervisory information, which is limited to Protected Individuals. Protected Individuals include, but are not limited to, U.S. citizens and U.S. nationals, U.S. permanent residents who are not yet eligible to apply for naturalization, and U.S. permanent residents who have applied for naturalization within six months of being eligible to do so or who will sign a declaration of intent to apply for naturalization before they begin employment.

  • Possess a bachelors degree; a major in economics, business, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, independent critical thinking capability, and sound decision-making abilities.

  • Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Maintain intermediate computer skills, including a strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Some travel will be required and will vary depending on the location of the successful candidate.


  • Demonstrate an understanding of business risks and banking principles.
