Job Summary
This position is responsible for implementing design modifications both inside and outside plant. To maintain plant equipment, facilities, and support safe and economical operation of CPSES.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
Maintain and install equipment to support reliable, efficient plant and facility operation.
Maintain an environment conducive to nuclear and personnel safety.
Ensure adherence to regulations, policies and procedures.
Implement design modifications.
Education, Experience, and Skill Requirement:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
5-7 years of nuclear power plant experience in the I&C maintenance discipline
Experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and computer maintenance management systems
Project management, problem solving and decision making skills
Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of personnel including bargaining unit, non-exempt and exempt
Key Metrics:
Ensure that priority of work being planned is correct and meets the plant needs
Meets station procedural requirements
Exhibit professional work ethics and leadership abilities
Able to make decisions and adapt to changes
