The Supply Chain Systems Analyst will be part of the Coke Florida Technology Solution team and will have accountability for Innovation, Strategy & Operational Excellence across Demand and Supply Planning, and Production Execution areas of business. The individual should have the ability to prevent errors/provide a solution at any stage in the planning or production process, while cultivating a mindset of innovation to the business users and areas they support. The individual should have subject matter expertise in the process, data, and application architecture of the business process areas noted below. This role ensures the ongoing usability of our application solutions as well as building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with key business leaders and service providers.

Role Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships between Coke Florida IT Team & business partners in all areas they are supporting including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Execution, and CONA (3rd party service provider) teams
  • Collaborate with business leaders and partners to develop and implement a capability roadmap specific to Coke Florida for areas of support
  • Identify technologies that will improve and enhance the business's goals that are aligned with the architecture and standards of the company
  • Review enhancements, change requests, and new system build requirements with business leaders, project management, and change management teams
  • Identify business value when developing ideas with a focus on digital awareness, risk assessment, business continuity and business capability requirements
  • Develop or facilitate the gathering of configuration specifications and functional design documents
  • Engage with project and program leads from each business area to ensure they understand the objectives for joint strategic efforts
  • Maintain creativity and innovation by staying on top of industry and technological trends.
  • Provide support for planning and production teams (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing) for business applications or infrastructure to business partners in order to maintain their productivity level
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of system defects through the engagement of SME's to identify and correct the issues while providing guidance and coaching to business partners
  • Develop best-practices to standardize business process and procedure based on the Coke Florida roadmap and collaboration with other Coca-Cola bottlers
  • Facilitate the education and training to the business leads to improve performance and efficiency

Role Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+years SAP Production Planning
  • Strong communication skills in speaking, presenting, and writing.
  • Ability to positively influence others and to break down organizational silos.
  • Previous experience with system design and configuration, preferable within SAP
  • SAP Experience: Plant Maintenance, APO, DOIP, Procurement, FI/CO, Transportation Management, Release Management and integration points of all modules within SAP and Non-SAP applications
  • Highly skilled negotiating and problem-solving skills
  • Project management experience highly desired

  • Knowledge of SAP: Plant Maintenance, APO, DOIP, Procurement, FI/CO, Transportation Management, Release Management and integration points of all modules within SAP and Non-SAP applications
  • Previous experience supporting platform; Ability to ensure appropriate availability and reliability of platform components (e.g., software, hardware, infrastructure and services) through day-to-day support and operations. Includes the ability to evaluate, recommend, test, maintain, troubleshoot, document and support platform components; manage tactical system changes; and provide third level problem determination and escalation to all stakeholders
