The Lead Surveillance Technician responsible for the administration and maintenance of the department's LAN as well as installing and maintaining electronic surveillance equipment.

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Horseshoe from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to Horseshoe disciplinary action procedures up to and including termination of employment.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with Horseshoe policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of company facilities. Employees who violate Company policies and procedures are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests and other employees of the organization.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Knowledge of personnel policies and procedures. Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per gaming regulations.
