A Day in the Life
As a System Engineer in the RPM team, you will be part of a multidisciplanary group of System, Hardware and Test Engineers. You will serve as technical leader inside and outside the team, analyze data from the field - manufacturing, customer and service - and drive solutions that will bring our released product onto their next level of maturity and performance. In addition you will serve as R&D representative in our ongoing efforts to penetrate new markets and improve the product quality.
As part of your day to day you will:
Analyze performance at the post-market stage of product lifecycle
Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into systems solutions
Perform System level investigations and defect management, including usage of standard investigation methodologies
Define requirements for Reliability, Serviceability, manufacturing, storage and shipment.
Lead process to ensure compliance with latest versions of applicable standards, such as Medical safety and EM compatability (60601-1)
Support Design FMEA and Risk activities
Serve as a technical knowledge center for the organization and attend cross functional meetings
Interface within the company departments: engineering (mechanical, electrical, software, systems, and test), quality, regulatory, marketing, end users, technical support, production, and suppliers.Note: The following are meant to be representative but not necessarily all inclusive of the duties and responsibilities for this position title.
Must Have
Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics/HW/SW/Mechanics/ Natural sciences from a well-known university
Fluent in Hebrew and English is preferred
3+ years of one of the following: Electrical/ Software/ Control design experience
Understanding of structure and methodology of: Requirements, Investigations, V&V
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (Hebrew and English)
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Ability to work in a team minded approach to achieve individual and company success.
Able to confidently deal with ambiguous issues and provide input towards suitable actions.
Self-learning abilitiesNice to Have
Experience in the Medical Device industry
Manufacturing engineering background
MSc. in related Engineering fields (systems, mechanical, control, electronics)
