Systems Integrator Senior Technical Specialist

The Systems Integrator will support the Sponsor organization responsible for providing services that enable the management of the data lifecycle. This includes transforming business processes and assisting the organization to migrate to an integrated hybrid architecture that provides efficiency, reliability and better protection and sharing of information and data. The Systems Integrator is responsible for working with multiple stakeholders in various groups to define, develop, and institutionalize new and improved data lifecycle management services and technical solutions. By taking a total system perspective, the Systems Integrator will identify areas to improve work efficiencies, cost transparencies, and overall process improvements. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop mission focused strategic documents that capture existing capabilities, outline future capabilities, and high-level success criteria for non-technical audiences and mission stakeholders as assigned.
  • Perform strategic planning, business information planning, and analysis.
  • Work independently and among a team with minimal supervision to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action.
  • Attend customer meetings and collect and distribute information and actions to ensure common baseline understanding within the team, the division, and across office teams.
  • Prepare deliverables such as weekly status reports, mission partner catalog entries, metrics, and other mission partner-focused communications for the customer.
  • Collaborate with Mission Need Integrators and SMEs to support division strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with other business units and divisions across the office to ensure assigned division equities are represented


  • Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies
  • Experience with participating in program/project reviews, including the development of formal project documentation and artifacts
  • Understanding the data management lifecycle
  • Experience with requirements definition and traceability
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build excellent and effective relationships with the team and customer
  • A Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience (5 years) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline with a minimum of 16 years experience

    Desired Qualifications:
  • Cross-domain experience/knowledge
  • Demonstrated knowledge in enterprise data strategy, data governance practices, data stewardship principles, data architecture principles, data standards, and metadata management best practices
  • SAFe certification
  • PMP certification
