Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to work closely with our North America TA and HR teams. You will be integral in handling recruiting and administrative activities for a dynamic and growth-focused consulting organization with over 60 offices across North America. You are highly organized, an expert in prioritization and able to shift gears at a moments notice. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver a superlative candidate experience to all levels of consulting and corporate professionals from entry-level Consultants to Senior Partners.
  • Provide full-cycle recruiting support to assigned recruiters ensuring an optimal candidate and hiring manager experience including:
    • Schedule candidate interviews (phone and in-person); arrange travel as required,
    • Send communications to designated candidates; track/ handle returned responses,
    • Assist with reviewing incoming resumes and searching existing talent pools.
  • Create new job orders and requisitions in our ATS (Workday) and post to targeted job boards, social media and specialized university and professional association sites.
  • Research and recommend new posting sources to increase exposure, increase qualified applicant pool, and enhance AA/EEO and diversity guidelines.
  • Establish self as an internal systems Super-user; work with high volumes of data and maintain data quality and talent pipelines.
  • Generate recruiting reports and analyze data using Excel. Identify opportunities to increase functionality and improve efficiency.
  • Compile and update regular and ad hoc recruiting related dashboards and reports.
  • Manage coordination efforts for Early Career/University recruitment program.
  • Solve problems and produce solutions by offering suggestions, new ideas, or alternatives to improve or modify work processes; respond to urgent needs for information and analyses within expected timeframes.
  • Enthusiastic communication providing regular status updates with business leaders, HR team, candidates, hiring teams and external vendors.
  • Adhere to the highest degree of integrity and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced corporate environment preferably as a Recruiting or HR Coordinator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confirmed ability to take initiative and build strong positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Desire to work in a rapidly changing, demanding and ambiguous growth work environment.
  • Comfortable working with all levels of professionals from college students to Partners.
  • Strong technical skills in various systems to include ATS, HRIS, CRM, AI Sourcing tools, interview scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrable ability to solve problems both quickly with little information and based on a thorough due diligence of available information.
  • High attention to detail, ambition and desire to pursue responsibilities beyond the job, such as providing additional analyses or implications beyond an initial request.
  • Great teammate with a strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and motivation to see the overall team succeed.
