Manage a talent acquisition team that utilizes innovative methods and partners with leadership to meet Nebraska Medicine expectations on quality and fit of candidates. Lead, develop and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract a strong pool of candidates from which the organization can select the best possible talent. Ensure compliance in all recruiting and hiring processes.

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum of three years recruitment experience to include working with human resources information systems and online applicant tracking systems required.
* Minimum of five years of leadership experience required.
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
* Demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communication skills required. Demonstrated excellent organizational skills required.
* Demonstrated independent problem solving skills preferred.
* Working knowledge of governmental employment regulations required (Title VII, FLSA, ERISA, ADEA, ADA, etc.).
* Ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent tasks required.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Healthcare experience preferred.
* Previous experience with Affirmative Action requirements preferred.
* Previous experience in developing presentations and training preferred.
* Allied health credentialing experience preferred.
* Professional Human Resource (PHR), and/or Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR), preferred.
