Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of three years recruitment experience to include working with human resources information systems and online applicant tracking systems required.
* Minimum of five years of leadership experience required.
* Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
* Demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communication skills required. Demonstrated excellent organizational skills required.
* Demonstrated independent problem solving skills preferred.
* Working knowledge of governmental employment regulations required (Title VII, FLSA, ERISA, ADEA, ADA, etc.).
* Ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent tasks required.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Healthcare experience preferred.
* Previous experience with Affirmative Action requirements preferred.
* Previous experience in developing presentations and training preferred.
* Allied health credentialing experience preferred.
* Professional Human Resource (PHR), and/or Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR), preferred.
