What youll do:

  • Coordinate development of talent acquisition related reporting and metrics

  • Continually improve in your understanding of the TA process and analyze reports to increase efficiencies in the business

  • Support TA success through developing marketing content for our talent pipelines

  • Coordinate and help the TA team develop content for TA social media post

  • Develop and manage processes for building talent pipelines in our CRM

  • When needed, support our TA Coordinators by scheduling candidate interviews


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a TA Coordinator

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience developing reports in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience developing marketing materials

Extra points for any of the following:

  • Experience with Workday ATS

  • Experience running pivots and macros in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Experience developing marketing campaigns within TA CRM systems
