This position provides recruitment support as a talent sourcer for a centralized recruitment team. The sourcer utilizes their expertise in candidate generation, candidate pipeline development for strategic positions, resume review and candidate pre-screening. The focus is on exempt corporate positions, including managerial and individual contributors and high-volume non-exempt distribution center and call center positions.


Responsibilities (May perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned).


1. Develops sourcing channels and stays abreast of sourcing best practices.


2. Provides recruitment support to centralized recruiting team by creating and executing sourcing strategies to create and fuel candidate pipelines.


3. Sources passive and active candidates, reviews candidate resumes and pre-screens potential candidates. Recommends top talent for interviews with summary of candidate assessment. Dispositions all candidates within applicant tracking system.


4. Identifies new sources to create candidate flows focused on diversity, military sources, internet, cold calling, networking internally and externally and industry directories. Develops relationships with external sources to promote brand and generate candidate interest.


5. Flexes support to the team based on recruitment needs.


6. Provides a positive candidate experience, presents accurate description of available opportunities, and promotes company brand and reputation as an employer of choice.


7. Performs other duties as assigned.


Education & Experience


Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience


3-5 years of sourcing experience in a recruiting/staffing/human resources environment with a demonstrated track record of success


Experienced in sourcing and building candidate pipelines.


Previous experience using applicant tracking system preferred. (UltiPro)


Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with recruitment team, hiring managers and external contacts.


Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Ability to work independently. Self-starter / Self-motivated.


Proficient with MS Office Suite including Word and Excel.


Experienced in resume mining on career boards, social media platforms and the applicant tracking system.

Physical Requirements: Hearing, Seeing, Sitting, Standing, Stooping, Talking, Typing, Visual Acuity, Walking


Work Environment: Generally, works in climate-controlled office environment.


Travel: Travel may vary in length and duration.
