**Job Description:**



The Business Process Support Analyst supports the Treasury Data Management organization, within Corporate Treasury. As part of the Business Management team, this role will be responsible for delivering services which are essential to the organizations business process framework and policy, supporting adherence to the Spreadsheet policy, as well as supporting SIM/OpEx efforts for TDM. In this role you will need to be pro-active, strategic and be able to approach all activities with a risk-mitigating and executive communication-style mindset.



Functions may include: working across Treasury Data Management and select business partners to drive adherence requirements/needs, building and maintaining relationships with TDM and broader Treasury stakeholders and all relevant control partners (QA, Risk, etc.), executive presentations/communications (business writing/PPT).



**Required Skills & Experience:**



+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills

+ Ability to develop and document an end-to-end strategy and ensure tactical priorities are met

+ Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with peers and multiple levels of management

+ Strong problem solving, conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and sense of urgency

+ Proven ability to simultaneously manage a variety of business functions, adapt to changing business needs and multi-task/ prioritize in a fast-paced environment

+ Process Design and Improvement experience and training

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and SharePoint

+ Self-starting, organized, proactive, and requiring minimal management oversight

+ Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively and influence others

+ Solid understanding of risk management, finance and data management concepts



Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Business or related field or related experience
