Technical Program Manager, Employee Experience:

Fitch Group is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Employee Experience within their Business Applications group.

This team is responsible for managing and supporting applications like Atlassian Jira, Service Desk, Confluence, Intranet, Salesforce Support, and other collaboration tools partnering with the business to optimize adoption & usage, enhance collaboration and focus on improving employee experience.

The Technical Program manager will be a key member of the team interacting with the business partners, have an ability to understand technical and business requirements and work closely with the support and build team to deliver current and upcoming project needs.

We'll Count on You To:

  • Be a key contact for the Employee Experience support team with a knowledge of tools like Atlassian Jira, Intranet, Confluence and Salesforce.
  • Create training material and standard operating procedure documentation
  • Focuses on making things happen, responsible for ensuring their teams have everything they need to succeed.
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and advanced reports to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status visibility.
  • Ensure quality deliverables, including the schedule, cost, and specification.
  • Roll up the sleeve approach on technical / administration area and the ability to learn new collaboration technologies that improve employee engagement.

What You Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred.
  • 8+ years of technical program management experience and experience leading large-scale and complex software development projects/programs
  • Strong critical thinking skills, demonstrating the ability to analyze and help teams break down programs into milestones
  • Possess a strong understanding of the Software & Product development lifecycle
  • Ability to organize and estimate organization's objectives and timeframes to deliver short and long-term predictable deliverables.
  • Enable business change through management of complex, ambiguous programs that span across multiple teams and organizations.
  • Ability to distill complex technical information and convey it to different audiences.
  • Hands on experience and deep knowledge of Agile development tools JIRA and JIRA Align is required.

What Would Make You Stand Out:

  • Work with the user community to troubleshoot and resolve issues in Jira, and Jira Align
  • Experience in setting up and supporting Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience leading JIRA Rollout and adoption across multiple teams with Agile Methodology is a plus.
  • Knowledge to adopt a scaled Agile framework and improving the flow of value by using a wide range of Lean tools & plug-ins.
  • Salesforce administration, support experience is a plus.

FOR NEW YORK AND CALIFORNIA ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $140,000. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
