Executive Support:

Responsible for the execution of Cigna's Executive Support Services' strategy

and operating policies. Manages a 24x7x365 global team that is dedicated and aligned to Cigna's Executive Leadership Team and key constituents, including Board of Directors, for all technical related support needs. Oversees the operating policies associated with off-site support activities for the ELT, including but not limited to; Board, Gold Circle Meetings, Customer Summit Meetings, Investor Day, etc.

Brokers the individual and unique technical requirements of Cigna's Executive Leadership team with other areas of Cigna IT to ensure there are consistent standard engineering capabilities that match the unique requirements of each ELT member. Partners with key Information Technology resources as an advisor for all activities that involve/impact the ELT/SLT - providing direction on participation, scheduling, communication and requirements for the ELT/SLT population. Focuses on problem avoidance rather than resolution. Responsible for identifying potential risks and plans against them. Including, but not limited to, Disaster Recovery planning, international travel provisions, and change/release management conflicts.

Remote Support:

Responsible for the execution of Cigna's Remote Worker Support strategy

and operating policies. Manages a 24x7x365 global team that is dedicated to keeping our remote workers productive and connected with C-Live, Meraki, and VPN connections.

Manages Cigna's remote worker provisioning services for at home ISP installs.

Partners with IT product and service owners to ensure successful roll out of new remote worker technology, such as RSA and OKTA authentication.



Bachelor degree in technology or business related discipline preferred

Ability to interact comfortably with senior leadership

Extensive experience in the Service/Support aspect of Information Technology

Capability to establish credibility quickly by following up and taking initiative

Proven leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and planning skills

Presentation Skills

Superior Customer Focus

Acts with a sense of urgency and understands and respects the time restrictions
