This position provides engineering support in the day-to-day operations of the testing laboratory and facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop objective test plans and scheduling based on the customer's needs and specifications
• Design and build test fixturing and instrumentation to include life cycle test rigs and environmental test fixtures.
• Support the daily operations with knowledge of test specifications, environmental test equipment and test methods
• Interact with customers to ensure quality confirmation testing
• Support certification and compliance initiatives for ASTM, ISO, FMVSS, etc.
• Perform data analysis and design testing reports

• A four-year Engineering degree from an accredited university
• Two years' experience in testing and validation preferred
• Familiarity with Instrument Design; Knowledge of Fixture Design, Environmental Testing and Development, Project Management. Experience in Automotive is a plus .
• Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, written and oral communication skills, have a strong work ethic and be a self starter.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiency;
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and have t he ability to acquire a security clearance
• Must have a valid driver's license
