JOB S UMMARY:

  • Assists the Vice President, National Ticketing and the Ticketing Management team related to Ticketing strategies, Box Office Operations, Event Creations, Broker Relations, Channel Partners, and other duties as assigned. Works with a variety of teams to support the Caesars Entertainment National Ticketing Team initiatives, including but not limited to, overall strategy, Event Creations support, broker database and fulfillment processes, Channel Partner support, and understanding of Box Office operations. Generates reporting as needed. Research within the ticketing system. Assists with the development and implementation of departmental policies, special projects and appropriate documentation. Assists with event set up on the ticketing system. Archtics knowledge preferred.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Reports directly to the Vice President, National Ticketing
  • prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
  • maintain office supplies for department
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • General knowledge of ticketing platforms to assist the Event Creations team when needed
  • Familiarity of Ticketing Channel Partners to provide support including, but not limited to pricing strategies through a variety of platforms
  • General knowledge of Las Vegas Citywide Box Office Operations to assist with hardware/equipment tracking, reporting, and other duties as warranted.

    Accuracy in all job-related duties.

  • Strong computer skills.
  • Assists with event set up on the ticketing system.
  • Assists with discount set up on the ticketing system.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-4 years' experience with the Ticketmaster System, or related field experience
  • Box Office experience is preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Overall awareness of the entertainment business is important
  • Service oriented
  • Works well under supervision
  • Demonstrates the ability to be self-directed, take initiative, be proactive, motivated
  • Good attendance, multi-task, seek solutions, and understand the duties and performs them without waiting for instruction
  • Able to successfully handle multiple priorities
  • Good organizational skills, critical thinking skills, and attention to detail
  • Must be computer literate with excellent data entry skills and project management experience is preferred
  • H. S. diploma or equivalent required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Computer skills required, particularly spreadsheet; database knowledge is helpful

Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team

Must present a well-groomed appearance

Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated busine

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Must be able to continuously maneuver around office, effectively work at a desk and respond to written and aural cues

Must be able to travel and maneuver around Las Vegas properties as defined by business needs.

Must be able to respond calmly to demands of internal customers and work in pressure situations.

Must be self-motivated and able to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
