The Traffic Supervisor supervises the day-to-day operations and is responsible for controlling the flow of inbound and outbound traffic, understanding Caesars Palace pay and gate equipment, and always providing outstanding guest service.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental, property, and corporate policies, practices, and procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Safely controls traffic by directing cars around locations, as well as to other locations as needed, always remaining aware of traffic safety, and laws.
• Utilizes all parking spaces efficiently to maximize revenue.
• Keeps all pay-on-foot and pay-and-display devices operational by ensuring that they have enough receipts and tickets and performs basic troubleshooting of the devices such as re-booting, unjamming tickets and credit cards.
• Supervises within Caesars Palace procedures and information and is ab le to answer guest inquiries about vehicle retrieval, garage or lot restrictions, or general directions or information about the surrounding areas.
• Provides support in keeping parking areas clean, secure and safe. This includes monitoring parking garage and driveway perimeters and reports any problems, accidents, unsafe conditions or equipment trouble to management.
• Completes necessary shift and incident reports accurately and on-time.
• Assists with training and orientating new team members as needed.
• Performs all other job-related duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• At least one year of guest service experience.
• Maintain a up to date Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of the Las Vegas Area.
• Knowledge of pertinent laws and regulations pertaining to the parking and transportation group including guest safety, OSHA, and Nevada State Law.
• Always maintain confidentially and discretion.
• Have interpersonal skills to partner effectively with all business contacts.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

Preferred:

• Bilingual, English as the primary or secondary language.
