**JOB DESCRIPTION**



The US Wire Product Management team is responsible for end-to-end product management of US Wire Products, including Domestic, International, Cross-Border and Foreign Exchange Wires. This product is an offering within the banks Global Transaction Services (GTS) payments business serving large corporate, middle market, eCommerce, and multi-national clients.



The GTS payments business is a dynamic and growing area of the bank seeing considerable change, market growth, and investment. As a US Wire Product Manager, you will own and/or support product management activities across all aspects of the product, including product development, risk management, pricing, strategy, issue management, client inquiries, and deal support.



Examples of duties:



Write business requirements for new product development



Support client deals



Pricing strategy and deal-specific pricing



Drive revenue growth initiatives



Resolve service issues



Create and deliver regular and ad hoc reports



Develop and maintain sales tools, client onboarding and collateral



Keep up to date with industry trends, news, innovation and emerging technology



Remediate self-identified audit issues, transaction reviews and high-risk items



Perform analytics to support product development, product management, product reporting and/or problem resolution.



Liaise with internal stakeholders across technology, compliance, risk, service, fulfillment and legal



Interact with executive management team
