The main responsibility for this role is to provide voice solution with either skype for business or any other SaaS Voice provider, The role create/Manages Call Routing, Dial Plans, Voice gateway interface, DID Management and Voice Policies. The Role is also responsible for triaging and resolving critical production issues, interacting with other infrastructure support teams, monitoring and performance tuning of the environment, developing advanced skills in Voice and Video integration.

Your future colleagues

This role will be the part of a dynamic distributed team responsible for operational support of Skype for Business 2015/2019 implementation with Enterprise Voice capabilities. The team is responsible for maintaining stability, resolving user partner concerns. Managing and resolving incidents. Maintaining the infrastructure with regular maintenance. Taking part on L2 rotational support.

    You Offer
    We are looking for an applicant with BS or MS in Computer Science or Information Systems.

    With equivalent experience of at least 3 to 5 years' experience supporting or deploying Microsoft Communications S(Skype for Business, MS Teams) in an enterprise environment (10,000 users).

    Preferred certifications MCSE: Communications

    Other required technical skills include:

    • Understanding of Voice and VoIP technologies (SBC, PBX, SIP, etc.)
    • Active Directory, DNS, Routing, Load Balancing, Quality of Service, and other core network technologies
    • Knowledge of Firewalls, Proxies, Network Segmentation, Application Security Management (ASM), and other core security services
    • Equivalent experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages
    • Knowledge of Windows Server administration and support
    • Experience with Enterprise Voice and Call Management features in Lync (voice routing, call management, E911, and SIP trunking
