About Our Client

Our client is one of the top Swiss private bank and the department is currently looking for an Account Management Officer to handle electronic banking registrations, including client information update, amendments, migrations, mailing update and communicate with internal stakeholders for private banking clients, candidate should have relevant banking operation working experience.

Job Description

• Overseeing and managing document output processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure proper document distribution.
• Monitoring output systems and addressing any technical issues promptly.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Handling queries related to document output from stakeholders.
• Preparing reports on output performance and areas for improvement.
• Supporting the implementation of new output management technologies.
• Maintaining a high standard of data confidentiality and security.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant discipline
• 1 -2 years of working experience in operation field within banking/ Financial Services sector
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese
