PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Form sidewalks, pads, grade beams, and other ground level structures by properly following/reading layout (independently)
- Safely strip wall form systems
- Assistwith the building of wall form and deck form systems
- Recognize hazards and danger zones
- CompleteTask Hazard Analysis (THA)logs
- Successfully complete required training to use personal arrest system
- Assistother trades when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience with self-perform concrete work in commercial, civil, or marine environments
- Must understand level, plumb,area and volume/square concepts
- Understand construction terminology
- Identifycommon construction materials, hand tools, and power tools(hammer, shovel, waterpump,measuring tape,hammer drill,saw,demolition hammer, etc.)
- Proven commitment to Safety
- Work in an organized manner
- Able to work night shifts when needed
- Must have reliable transportation to/fromthe job site
- Ability to work independently andfollow instructions
- Must be self-motivated and can work well with others
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
- Abilityto performheavy lifting/pushing/pulling of materialweighing 50 pounds
- Ability to squat, crawl,and work in confined spaces
- Minimum age 18+
- Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization
