We are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working with their hands and tools. In this role, the Composite Fabricator will work collaboratively with the development of the company and the design of high-quality products. This role is imperative in the manufacturing process of new and established products. The Composite Fabricator reports directly to the Composite Shop Manager.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities
-Preparing materials
-Fabricating parts: using molds, applying adhesives, curing process
-Primary focus will be carbon fiber, aramid fibers
-Secondary focus in fiberglass & other composites
-Mold design
-Maintain existing engineering records and designs
-Maintain equipment
-Follow safety protocols

Job Qualifications
-High School Diploma or equivalent required
-Attention to detail
-Ability to follow direction
-Driven, hardworking, and motivation to learn
-Must be self-reliant to complete tasks assigned by Composite Manager (after training)
-US Citizenship
-On site work only (no remote work)
