Description: The Corporate Office Porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and functionality in corporate nutrition center and common areas. This role ensures that nutrition center is well-stocked, clean, and provides a welcoming environment for employees to relax and recharge.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Regularly clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, and appliances in the nutrition center. This includes wiping down tables, countertops, and chairs, as well as ensuring that microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee machines are clean and operational.
• Maintain inventory levels of nutrition center supplies such as coffee, tea, utensils, napkins, and cleaning products. Replenish items as needed to ensure consistent availability.
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly to ensure that the nutrition center remains clean and tidy. Replace liners and dispose of waste according to company policies.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of nutrition center equipment. Report any issues that require professional repair or replacement.
• Arrange seating and tables in an orderly fashion. Ensure that all items are stored neatly and that the nutrition center is free of clutter.
• Comply with health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or concerns to management promptly.
• Coordinate with the facilities management team and report any issues or supply needs. Respond to employee requests and feedback regarding the nutrition center.
• Other duties as assigned
