Job Description:

This role leads Technology Business Intelligence, designing and building a measurement ecosystem with automated KPIs, data integration, and real-time dashboards. It enables leadership visibility into technology performance and operational risk; without it, insights remain manual, inconsistent, and limited.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights that support business objectives;
• Design and generate reports, dashboards and KPIs for management and stakeholders, including regulator reporting;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions;
• Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to support decision-making processes;
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout all stages of analysis;
• Support the development and optimization of data pipelines and ETL processes;
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner;
• Collect, organize, clean and validate data from multiple sources.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or related field;
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data manipulation tools (e.g. Python, Excel);
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau);
• Ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL tools is a plus;
• Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling techniques is a plus;
