Electro-Mechanical Maintenance TechnicianPosition Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our production equipment running efficiently and reliably. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver with experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Troubleshoot issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely, effective solutions
- Minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to support continuous improvement
Schedule
2-2-3 rotating schedule
12-hour shifts:
Days: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Nights: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Every other weekend off - guaranteed
Compensation & Benefits
$33+/hour (based on experience)
$2.00/hour shift differential for night shifts

Qualifications
Experience in electro-mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including nights
