• Outpatient Primary Care: Lead a high-quality, patient-centered clinic.

• Broad Spectrum (Optional): Maintain your skills in Inpatient rounding and OB if desired.

What You Bring

• Board Certified/Eligible: Current Board Certification in Family Medicine (Board Eligible is acceptable for recent graduates).
• Licensure: Active, in good standing CA Medical License, DEA, and NPI.
• Clinical Skills: Experience with evidence-based practice and a focus on quality improvement.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills; Spanish fluency is preferred.
• Adaptability: Highly organized with the flexibility to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary for this position is $255,000 - $300,000, plus a competitive sign-on bonus.
