About Global Commercial Banking
Global Commercial Banking serves more than 9,000 clients globally. That generally includes Middle-Market companies across a wide range of industries with turnovers of between $50m - $2bn+.
In this role, you will focus on subsidiaries of U.S.-headquartered Commercial Banking clients based in Australia, helping them access Bank of America's global network, product expertise and client service model.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Treasury Sales Officers in managing a portfolio of Australia-based subsidiaries of U.S.-headquartered Commercial Banking clients.
- Partner with the Australian treasury sales team, the regional APAC treasury sales team and the Global Commercial Banking Australia team to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- Prepare materials for client engagements, pitches and presentations, ensuring content is clear, accurate and commercially relevant.
- Support responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), including coordination across product, implementation, service and coverage teams.
- Undertake reporting, analysis and business management activities for the team as required.
- Coordinate with implementation and service partners to support smooth onboarding, timely delivery and strong client satisfaction.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects across Global Commercial Banking and the broader Global Payments Solutions organisation
Required Skills and Experience

- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create clear, client-ready materials.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams, functions and geographies.
- Sound financial and analytical skills.
- Strong client focus, with a commitment to service quality, client satisfaction and business growth.
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively with multiple business partners to support global client management and sales activity.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity using tools such as Copilot and Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications and Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management or a related discipline.
- Relevant cash management, trade sales, treasury sales or relationship management experience within a top-tier international or regional bank.
- Understanding of corporate treasury functions and the treasury needs of multinational clients.
- Experience with international cash management, commercial card solutions and/or trade and supply chain finance.
