Description
An internationally operating and fast-growing company in a technical environment is looking for immediate HR support. In this role, you will manage HR operations across multiple countries and ensure smooth HR processes in an international setting with a strong focus on recruiting technical talent.Your Impact:
- Manage administrative HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees across multiple countries (e.g. Switzerland, Germany, UK, Netherlands)
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts and employee records
- Ensure consistent HR support and documentation across different regions
- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles (e.g. engineers, project managers)
- Collaborate closely with international hiring managers to define requirements and hiring strategies
- Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience
- Support the business in attracting and securing top technical talent
- Conduct background checks and support compliance-related processes
- Assist with employment law topics in an international context
- Support social security-related topics (e.g. AHV for Switzerland)
- Prepare HR reports and maintain relevant data
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and international stakeholders
- Support day-to-day HR operations and assist in handling employee relations topics
Your Profile:
- Fluent English (mandatory); German is a plus but not required
- 4-5 years of experience in an operational HR role with strong exposure to administration and recruiting
- Proven experience in an international environment, ideally across multiple European countries (e.g. Switzerland, Germany, UK, Netherlands)
- Experience in technical recruitment (e.g. engineering, project management roles)
- Good understanding of employment law (CH/EU knowledge is a plus)
- Confident handling of HR systems and reporting tools
- Hands-on mentality, structured working style, and high level of ownership
- Experience in a fast-paced or scaling environment (e.g. start-up) is a strong advantage
