Job Description:

The Treasury Operations Programs Lead will be responsible for management and oversight of Global Markets Operations' change and transformation initiatives that are in support of the Treasury business

Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives related to strategy and transformation objectives of Corporate Treasury Operations and Global Funding Operations
• Maintain channels of communication related to the status of the initiatives
• Provide, where relevant, subject matter expertise on processes impacted by change initiatives
• Participate in the local professional culture of Bank of America
• Collaborate with peers where initiatives have cross-over impacts to the larger organization.

Skills:

• Understanding of the Treasury business and Treasury Operations as well as global markets activities is preferred
• Strong process design and operational excellence mindset
• Experience driving transformation with the ability to navigate effectively to deliver on time
• Organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, meet deadlines and also pay attention to the detail
• Knowledge of and ability to apply project governance (documentation/reporting, tollgates, identifying risks/watch items etc.) to change
• Ability to understand and work through complex problems and transfer that ability and knowledge to the teams.
