Wohali Golf Course, located in Coalville, UT, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Handyperson! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less).

Summary:

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of building maintenance, with knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and structural systems of buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components
• Conduct periodic inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in building maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
