Description
Position Summary:
This is a requirement to provide the necessary level of professional, technical and program management support required to facilitate the overall objectives of the National Guard Bureau's (NGB) J3/4/7 Operations Directorate. The Exercise Coordinator shall provide administrative personnel tracking support during exercises and/or actual events/incidents for the Homeland Response Force/CBRN Enhanced Response Force Package (HRF/CERFP) program. The Exercise Coordinator shall draft After-Action Reports (AARs) identifying personnel tracking lessons learned. Upon NGB-J1X POC approval, the Contractor shall input these lessons into the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS).
Skills and Qualification Required:
- US Citizenship
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's or higher Degree in public administration, business, social science, or a related field
- CBRN security knowledge and experience
Skills and Qualifications Preferred:
- National Guard Bureau experience
