Clear River Electric & Water District (CREW) is seeking a full-time Journeyman Lineman (willing to consider 2nd Class Lineman candidates) to join our Electric Department in Pascoag, Rhode Island.

Requirements
Position Responsibilities
- Construct, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair overhead and underground electric distribution facilities.
- Perform switching, transformer installations, system upgrades, and emergency restoration.
- Operate line trucks, bucket trucks, and specialized equipment.
- Respond to outages and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Mentor and train apprentice linemen and groundmen.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Completion of an accredited Journeyman Lineman apprenticeship/program
- Thorough electrical distribution experience.
- Valid Rhode Island Class A Commercial Driver's License.
- Must pass an initial drug test and participate in random drug testing program
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and serving the public.
- Must reside within 30 minutes of CREW’s office.
